ZZZ Power Ventures, LLC is based in Menlo Park, California, USA. We design and supply lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery systems for golf carts, forklifts, energy storage, RV and marine applications, and automated equipment, working directly with manufacturing partners rather than reselling from a catalog.
Why we exist
The North American lithium battery market has hardened into two camps. At one end, commodity imports compete almost entirely on price: the 12V 100Ah segment now has half a dozen brands within a hundred dollars of each other, all discounting into the same ground. At the other end sit premium domestic brands at three to four times that price, selling assurance more than engineering.
What is thin in between is anyone doing real application engineering: selecting a cell format because the duty cycle calls for it, sizing a pack to an actual battery bay, putting the telemetry a controller needs on the bus it already speaks. Fleet operators, dealers and equipment builders keep getting the same two options — cheap and generic, or expensive and generic.
We would rather do the engineering and land in between.

How we work
Specify backwards from the machine
The right first question is what the equipment does all day — not which battery we would like to sell. Runtime, peak draw, charge window, temperature and available space determine the pack. Everything else follows.
Publish numbers we can defend
Our warranty is three years, stated plainly, with the conditions written out. It would be easy to print a bigger number and bury the tiering in a footnote. Buyers who read the conditions are exactly the buyers worth having.
Show hardware before volume
Every custom program produces a functional sample and reliability test data before anyone commits to a production run. You should not have to take a specification sheet on faith.
Stay close to the line
No distributor tier sits between you and the plant. When a tolerance needs changing or a connector needs moving, that goes to the people who build it, not down a chain.

Questions buyers ask early, answered without the marketing layer.
Do you hold stock in North America?
No. We do not currently operate a North American warehouse, and everything ships against order. Plan lead time into your schedule accordingly — we would rather tell you that up front than have you discover it after a purchase order.
Where are the batteries made?
Cells and packs are produced by manufacturing partners in China, in facilities certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, running roughly 3 GWh of annual LFP capacity across two production bases. Design, specification and account management sit with ZZZ Power.
What certification do the products carry?
Cells are UN38.3 certified for air and sea transport, and manufactured in ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 facilities. Where a program requires additional application-specific certification, raise it during the requirements stage so it can be planned into the build rather than retrofitted.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Three years from delivery against manufacturing defect and capacity falling below the rated threshold under normal use — one term, no tiering by product line. Full conditions are issued with the quotation, before you order rather than after.
Will you work with a small order?
A new enclosure design usually needs around 200 units for the tooling to make sense. Configurations built on an existing platform can run considerably smaller. Tell us the volume and we will say plainly whether it works.
